    7-15-2022 $96.23 Rented a room for one night at this location with my in laws. The first room they provided to me which we were in for about 10 minutes had black mold in the closet and spiders. Contacted the front office and they decided to show me a few other rooms. The second room they showed us was also disgusting. First it smelled like cigarettes, the bedroom chair had spider webs, stains on the bed and pillows. The curtains had a big cigarette burn as well as the bedroom sheets. The door lock chain did not reach the door. I was very unhappy and felt unsafe and decided to share a room with my in laws instead. I went to the front desk and explained that I wanted a refund. Employee had a little attitude and explained to me that there was nothing he can do and that only the manager was in charge of the refund and that he will be in tomorrow morning. I told him okay thats fine and I asked him if its fine if I shared the room with my in laws he stated that was fine. Went to my in laws room and there carpet floor was filthy and they had spiders on the ceiling of there restroom. Also the ceiling was material was coming undone. Next day came went to the office and spoke to the manager Art and explained to him what happened very nicely. After I told what happened and that I wanted a refund for a room I never stayed in he explained to me very rudely that they tried to accommodate twice with new rooms and that I was nit picking at everything and that because of that I couldnt get a refund. I explained to him that his hotel was dirty and a health hazard. He didnt want to make things right and belittled me. I dont care about the $96.23 he took from me. What I am more concerned with is the health and safety of the customers that are staying in a place like this. It needs to investigated. Not only that on some hotel websites this hotel establishment is false advertising their appearances of there rooms. I have pictures and proof of what I went through.
