Complaint: I am acting on behalf of my 93-year-old father who received an unsolicited 2-year subscription to the magazine ******* ******** While he is not being billed for it, the magazine is not welcome and is full of tobacco advertisements.. This an ELDER issue, as once they have add my father's name to a mailing list service, he will get more solicitations and most importantly, fall prey to money solicitations. I am unable to track down how he got his contact information in the first place. He lives in a retirement community, ********* ******** ** ** ***** ***********

Desired Settlement: Stop this magazine subscription
