Some consumers report that the company informs them that they will win a prize if they purchase a magazine subscription. Complainants allege never receiving the prizes they won, receiving the magazines they ordered in poor condition, and/or receiving multiple phone calls from the company, despite the fact that the customer has informed the business they no longer wish to be contacted.
