3/6/2024 I was simply asking to have basic Norton Security Services and I was asked to update account information. I wanted to pay the basic $69.99 and I was billed for $332.29 and I am asking for refund of $262.30 for the difference for basic services. There are screens that pop up which is very misleading. I went to a local vendor and purchased Norton AntiVirus Plus card and I attempted to use this and I was unable to through their internet link. I am not satisified with their tactics for getting internet services. I had another vendor and I never had a problem with them. Please resolve this issue if you are able to. Thank you! Roberta M. 10/18/2022 I like their service but they continue to charge my credit card each year without notifying me of a bill and increase my coverage without my acknowledgement or consent.

6/18/2022 They weren't a bad antivirus software I cancelled because they were offering me more than I needed and their prices were much too steep. But their customer service is 10/10. I needed a refund and it didn't take longer than 10 minutes before they had my refund request going through. I can see why they only have 1.2 stars. I can be very frustrating for them to tell you "heres a problem we can fix!" and then charge you insane prices to fix it. Plus most of their problems are non issues that any tech savvy person can solve. If you're just looking for antivirus protection don't go with Avast.

11/23/2021 Personally I do not have an issue with the product itself however I do have an issue with it's process for unsubscribing from marketing emails. When a customer selects to unsubscribe using the link listed in the email, Life lock informs them at by doing so they'll ALSO be unsubscribing from security alerts as well. Since security alerts are a fundamental part of the PAID program, this is nothing but a thinly vailed attempt to dissuade customers from unsubscribing from marketing emails. While you CAN unsubscribe from JUST marketing information, you have to go through the website to find that option which seems counter to the CAN-SPAM act which requires that businesses make the option to unsubscribe easily available for customers. Forcing communications regarding the paid part of the program to be lumped in with marketing emails creates an unnecessary hurdle for customers to opt out and just seems coercive and basically a "Ok, so you don't want to receive marketing info, fine...we won't send you what you're paying for then either."
