Complaint: I PLACED AN ORDER ON JULY 27.I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND TALKED TO A MAN ON THE PHONE THAT TOLD ME HE WOULD CANCEL THE ORDER.I ALSO EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.THIS COMPANY TURNED AROUND AND CHARGED ME ANYWAYS.I TALKED TO THEM AGAIN ON THE 30TH AND TALKED TO A WOMEN THAT TOLD ME SINCE I PAID WITH ****** THAT THE FUNDS WERE PUT ON HOLD FOR THE PAYMENT TO THEM.THATS NOT SO.THE MONEY WAS AN INSTANT TRANSFER SO THEY HAVE GOT THE MONEY.IT's BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ALREADY.I'M GETTING THE RUN-A-ROUND FROM THIS COMPANY.I WANT MY MONEY BACK
Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT ASAP.
Business Response: On 7/27 we contact the manufacturer to cancel Ms. ********'s order per her request. We attempted to issue a refund to Ms. ******** on the same day, however she had a hold on the funds. Once the hold was removed on 7/29 we went back to ****** and issued a full refund on 8/3 to Ms. ********'s account. Please review the attached file to see the funds movement and transfer. We have nothing else on file to credit Ms. ******** for the order in question.
