Complaint: I ordered an item from this company on March 20, 2014 and I have not yet to receive such item and I have sent emails, called and I get a recording when I call the business. They have already gotten their money and I have not yet seen or heard from anyone in regards to this order. My order number ****. I have checked the website and logged into my account to see if there is a ship date and of course there is not a ship date of any kind.

Desired Settlement: I would like the product or my money back of the $60.38. I will not order again from them if this is not taken care of ASAP

Business Response: Order was shipped via USPS. We even upgraded shipment to Priority. As our website indicates, some sizes/products can take longer as we are at the mercy of the manufacture.

I got the item today in the mail...I love the item they fit perfect but, there getting back to people about their products and feed back is very slow and shouldn't taken this long to simply reply to an email about when they would ship the item.  I would like to just say they need to work on there communication with there customers.  I am afraid they may get more ccomplaints or no orders at all

Complaint: My boyfriend (currently deployed to Afghanistan, so I'm handling the issue) ordered two items from Armed in Heels as gifts for me - a range bag and a purse. My first issue is I never received a range bag. Secondly, I wished to exchange the purse for the exact same item in a different color. A store employee said they were more than happy to do that for me, provided I include relevant information about the order and what I wanted. I included the information given on the packing slip and requested my purse in another color. USPS tracking says the package was received on January 27th. I called the company on February 19th and heard a message saying the company was dealing solely through email and provided an address. I emailed on the February 18th, explaining the situation and providing order information. I received a response asking for the order information. I replied on the 19th again giving the order information and received no response. I emailed checking about the issue on February 24th, March 4th, and March 6th. I have not received a response to any of these emails. I have provided contact information in each email. Please help me. I love the company's products, and I just want to find a resolution.

Desired Settlement: I would be equally happy with a full refund or the merchandise paid for.
