              On 11/09/2022 we ordered two recliners from Lazy Boy at Joy Furniture in ********, *******. The cost was $1,978.00, plus tax of $186.53 and delivery $69.00 for a total of $2,233.53. We were told delivery would be in 6 to 8 weeks. In February we were told there was a problem with the leather being wrinkled and they would be delivered in April. We were later told the same problem occurred with the second shipment of leather, with the leather being wrinkled, and they would be delivered in july!We were offered the option of canceling the order and getting our money back. But since these are the recliners we want we have not canceled. There is no other option to buy Lazy Boy in our area. All we want is to get our recliners in good condition. A refund of part of our payment would be a nice apology for the delay.

              Hi, I purchased a bedroom set for my granddaughter this past week. I paid cash in full. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly yelled at by the warehouse person ***** at the Joys Furniture store at the ******* ******** ** store. He refuses to let me speak to the owner's or his manager ***** regarding his behavior. I am seeking assistance to please speak with the owners, related to this matter. Thank you

              This customer calls numerous times each day to complain.When she purchased the bedroom set she called the day of her delivery to see if she could add a mattress set for the bed.We gave her price for the one she wanted and told her we could add it to her delivery that day.She insisted that she be allowed to pay in 60 days, something we dont offer, never have,. she would need to pay in advance, or pay drivers upon delivery, or finance, which she did not qualify for.We do not deliver furniture without  payment.She continues to call the store and scream at whoever answers the phone.My manager ***** tried to talk to her but she just screams and hangs upon him.This is unacceptable behavior, we have tried to work with her  but nothing will satisfy her. Thank you
