I paid 215 dollars to ***** for a package that I have never received. DHL said the package was delivered and logistics didn't even say it was delivered to my address. I called the company 4 times and talked to 4 different people about my missing package, they kept telling me that is was delivered successfully, they played phone tag with me and kept closing the case and insisting I had the package when I didn't. The first time I had called I talked to one girl who said she would transfer me to an agent but couldn't complete the transfer, so she gave me a name and their number and said I would get a call back in 2 hours, I never got a call back. So I called the agent supposedly responsible for handling my case and she called me back leaving a message saying my package was delivered to the right address and she was closing the case. I called DHL again talking to a new girl who told me my package was successfully delivered I explained the situation again and she said she couldn't help me. Then I called again and talked to a very rude guy who told me the package was delivered successfully according to their logistics and they couldn't do anything and would not give me a refund and that I had to reach out to the company (*****) who I had ordered from about a refund. I reached out to ***** 6 times, talked to several customer ********************** representatives who kept telling me the same thing, that my package was successfully delivered and they would not refund me that I had to reach out to the carrier and ask them for a refund. I finally got to a higher up from ***** or so they said who told me the same thing, I explained to both ***** and DHL that I never received the package and now I am out 215 dollars, ***** told me to reach out to my bank who won't refund me because the 215 dollars was store credit, I only paid 1.60 on my card. This isn't the first time I have lost packages because of DHL this has happened 5 times now. I want my money back for the items I did not receive.
