Tried to present the paperwork, unfriendly young girl would not look, verbal only accepted.2. *** form for the university mentioned a ***258 for "Fingerprint Clearance Card", the *** school a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. She charged us for two fingerprints.3. At home, noticed the form she gave us for one was the same as the *** form we brought for the other. Called to clarify but instead was told, "It's not my job to tell you what you need".4. Thinking the owner wants to know how an employee is treating people and overcharging, I got in contact. 5. Owner called but would only repeat what her employee said (not the truth) saying the paper she never looked at only said use the ***258 but the *** paper we brought clearly states in bold: 1. Application 2. Use form ***258 3. Mail in to this address. Owner still backed employee so I asked to text pictures of the forms we brought to the number we were speaking on and she said yes. I sent the pictures, never heard back!6. Went in to get a refund for one. Explained everything that happened and the two front desk people looked at the paperwork and said both companies want the same thing. Easy. Went to refund me but the nurse came out and said they needed to call the owner, like I was trying to pull something. Earlier I mentioned that I talked with the owner but she didn't get back after I sent the pictures but the nurse didn't hear the first part and accused me of lying about talking to the owner. Now I'm accused of being a lair by this company? They put the owner on the phone, we spoke, got the refund. After, I simply asked where the breakdown was because I didn't understand what just happened, completely shocked to be called a liar. Ladies said I would not be happy no matter what they did and the nurse said he was calling security. A jump from 0 to 60!
