              03/28/2024 Total Bill was $18,900.The contractor was hired to replace the roof and mitigate and repair mold in walls.Complaint: The worker turned the kitchen stove on high to boil water to clean his paint brushes and left the house with the stove on high. He did not have permission to use our stove. The worker admitted to leaving the stove on high and exiting the job site, which is a fire hazard. We contacted the *** who insisted that it must have been the homeowner or a pet that used the stove. The worker also left the garage door open multiple times when exiting the work site.

              This company was referred by USAA. Do not use them. We paid them our deductible and they received full USAA funds on Aug 23, 2023. Their PM told us work would start in 1-2 weeks. After no response for a month, we cancelled them through USAA. Even today, they did not reach out. We had to call them for status of refund. No sense of urgency, responsibility or customer service. Do not recommend. They use an answering service and it is near impossible to get an actual management level, unless they are writing you a refund.
