I would give a zero if I could, I scheduled and appointment 2 weeks ago, they gave me a window of 8 - 1 , I called first thing in the morning to confirm my time. At 1:15 I called again to see if they were coming to make a long story short the technician called and lied that my appointment was 3 to 5, the stated he can schedule for tomorrow I am ****** bc I took off work to have my carpet cleaned only to be bull ******* poor customer service someone could of called and I could of went to work and to have the audacity to say they can do it tomorrow meaning I will have to take another day off work is ridiculous I hate I put my faith in this company now I have to give my party with a dirty rug such a short notice for other companies I am so freaking disappointed be aware if they are to clean your carpet

Good morning, while you are correct on the time frame that was given, unfortunately we had several mishaps happen on that day with our trucks that made it impossible for us to arrive between 8-1 as you were scheduled. Which is why we informed you that we would not be able to make it within the time frame you were scheduled and instead we would arrive between 3-5, and if that didnt work we could put you first thing the next morning. We tried to explain to you, however you were not having it. You continuously yelled out profanities that were very uncalled for, and there was no reasoning with you. It is unfortunate that there are people that feel the need to be loud, and berate someone when all we are trying to do is work with you. To point out about you putting your faith on us, it is your community and management that put their faith on us for a reason. They know that the work we provide is great and honorable, which is why they hand out coupons for COURTESY cleans to their residents, such as yourself. Our work and our strive for to give out good customer service is why the management company you live in has had us as their vendor for many year. Have a great day or not, the choice is yours.
