Complaint: On 11/14 of this year, I ordered a "Vanilla Bean 5 Pack" under a special offer that included a "recharge starter kit" for free for a total of $13.99 (order number **********). I was charged for the product but around three weeks later, the product not only has not arrived but the tracking numbers provided by NJoy lead to "not found" on both *** and USPS websites (according to NJoy, *** ships to my local PO which completes the delivery). I've exchanged emails with NJoy and called at least once and while they have been polite and friendly, no one seems able nor willing to actually do something about the missing product. And while we're not talking a great deal of money here, NJoy has my money, I have no product. Only emails with "thank you for your patience". Which patience, I'm afraid, just ran out.

Desired Settlement: Either NJoy needs to immediately ship the product and provide a tracking number attached to an actual shipment OR refund the money.

Mr. *****'s package was delayed, however his complaint was escalated to senior management. A refund of $13.99 was refunded to his credit card and shipment of product was received by December 8th and Mr. ***** responded that he was satisfied with out resolution.

Complaint: I purchased a Njoy electronic ciggarette from a Stripes/Valero store. After opening the package, I used it 3 times and the product stopped working. I looked up the information online and Njoy refused to help stating that I didn't have a detailed receipt and a credit card receipt would not be considered a proof of purchase. This product is defective and they should have stood behind the product.

Desired Settlement: Replacement

Called Mr. ****** at ************ and got his voicemail. I left a message for a return call. We have a 1 year warranty on all products and would gladly accept the product for an exchange without the original receipt. We do ask for a receipt in order to refund the customer the original purchase price since our product is sold at a number of retailers and price can vary.

Complaint: I checked health complaint because I bought a OneJoy e-cigarette that said it was the equilate to 2 packs of cigarettes. I bought it at 3:30pm in the afternoon & did not constantly puff on it because I am trying to quit smoking all together...it says on the label non-rechargable...but around 9pm when I tried to take a puff it did not work & the tip was blinking.I paid 7.99 & tax for this ONE piece of crap that stopped working in less than 6 hours w/o many puffs being taken...I have NEVER smoked as many as 2 packs a day & I smoked cigs. that cost less than 2$....this is the biggest rip off ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could have bought at least 4 packs of what I smoked before I tried this for the same price! I tired to return it but they would not give me a replacement or a refund!!!! These things are Bullshit & I would like my money back & this full of crap OneJoy & NJOY taken off the market NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Desired Settlement: I want my $7.99 + VA sales tax returned!!!!! This is a complete outrage! No item that claims to be the equilent of 2 packs of cigs. should only last less than 6 hours when I only puffed it maybe 1 or 2 of those hours! I have witnesses at the 7-11 where they were purchased of when they were bought & when I tried to return this defecive or intentionally defective product...even the 7-11 would not return or replace the product even though they knew it was defective. The 7-11 complaint is next...

Each retailers return policy is different however NJOY offers a money back guarantee as listed in our brochures as wells as online at njoy.com. We would be happy to replace the product or refund Ms. ******** the full amount she paid for our product. We only ask that she sends it back to us along with her receipt.
