Complaint: On 4/19 I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair and took my cell to get a replacement screen because mine was shattered. Thats all that was wrong with it. I picked it up 2.5 hours later and noticed that the front camera had glue covering it and it looked foggy. I also noticed the speaker full of glue, the home button was not able to push and last but not least my ringtone or music what ever I used sounded horrible. The short latin gentleman told me I had to wait because the glue was fresh so I did. I went back on 4/21/14 @ 510pm and was told by ****** (manager) it would take about an hour. I explained to ****** everything and he haid it was on the notes. I went back to the place at 640pm and when I got my phone it was the same nothing had changed. At that point I was upsetand told the latin gentleman it was not right what was going on. So he went to go get ****** and very uunproffesional told me you called meabd I said no. I wasn't aware the other gentleman had told him to talk to me. Well I had to re explain everything to ****** and he was super rude. He said I would have to bring it back another day because they had closed. I told him what guarantee he was going to give me and he said I'm not guarantee to get home to my wife and kids. I toldhim dont go there. Very very uunproffesional I told him why wasn't it fixed he said he is sure they opened it and worked on it. Well he started yelling at me and I told him don't yell at me I'm the upset customer and he said I don't care. We went on and I told him I couldn't believe how he was treating me and he said then leave. I said I'm not trying to get money from you guys I have insurance but I deserve to be treated with respect and your the manager abd should know some customer service. I asked him for his managers name and at first he said no but then gave me his manager name of **** ****** and his number *********** he said I dont care what you tell him I will still have a job tomorrow. I called the other latin guy because how awful ****** was talking to me and he said tgey do what I said because I'm the boss. I told him can u tell me who will be woking on my phone tomorrow and he said there is 2 of us me and the other guy. So I told him im screwed then because you might just mess up my cell and he told me you want me to respond. I told him no keep it to yourself. I then said so if I dont feel safe to leave you my cell and u guys have my pass work and could do somethi g to my cell what can I do. He said don't bring it vack I don't care. I said will I get a refund and ****** said you will not get nothing. I said then what can I do I need to get my phone fixed the way I had it. At that point I was sooooo hurt I was about to start to cry and he said your going to cry. I said yes I an. Hesaid oh are u leaving yet. I told him iI'm sooo hurt and shoked I cannot believe a person in your position is yelling and telling me all of this. Thats why this would is the way it is. I told him I work as an Administrative Asst and handle soooo many parents student staff and never have I acted that way who cares what the situation is. I walked out of there telling him keep in mind how you treated me and it was wrong. One day it can bit you in the ***** When I was in my van I called the number he game me and I left a Voice Mail. I hope to get a call back tomorrow by a managet that is handling many of these stores. All I want it my phone back the way I took it in except with replaced top screen. I don't think its fair that us customers have to be talked down to after we pay for there services that are guaranteed for 6 months. Please help me!!! Thanks
Desired Settlement: If I can I will like a refund that way I can go somewhere else that can finish the damage they made. I don't feel safe going back in there and having to deal with ****** since he is the only store manager at that location. He can do something to my phone.
Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: I took my phone into CPR to get my cracked screen fixed on my ******* ****** **. I dropped it off for them to fix it and 3 hours later I picked up the phone and paid $130. The screen was repaired. Later that evening, I tried to call a friend on my phone and the mic in my phone did not work properly. The person on the other end of the line was unable to hear me. I took the phone back to CPR the following day to find out that the tech who put the new glass screen on my phone accidentally fried the circuits on the back of my phone. I left the phone with them for another day. I came back and the end of the day and ****** (the store manager) told me they were unable to fix it so now they needed to replace the motherboard. At this point I became very frustrated and demanded a refund as well as the repair to which ****** refused. I accepted his offer to wait another 3 days in order for the part (the motherboard) to arrive in their store so they could replace it. Once the part came in over 5 days later, ****** called and left me a voicemail that the part had arrived. I arrived in the store and the motherboard was replaced by the techs in a matter of 10 minutes. Now that I have my phone back with a new motherboard, my calls continue to drop and I cannot complete a call. I also rarely receive any 4G service like I did before. I only get 3G reception. My believe is that my ******* ****** * was replaced with a sub par and/or inferior older model motherboard.
Desired Settlement: My phone at this point is not a phone since I cannot make calls on it. The service and the way I was treated was horrible and this company needs to stand by its word and provide me a working replacement. This is the worst service I've ever received and I was made to feel like it was my fault. Bad customer service and bad business ethics should equal a new replacement phone since they've destroyed my existing phone and wasted 2 on-going weeks of completely wasting my time.
