              I have had multiple unauthorized monthly charges occurring on my **** credit card in the amount of $20.95 beginning NOV 04 2023 through APR 04 2024. I have had my car washed twice at the ********** location ********************** in the last 5 months once in OCT 2023 and the second in MAR 2024. Each time I used my card I selected the least expensive wash in ********** I disputed the OCT charge with my credit card company for an excess charge of $10.95 that occurred in OCT 2023. They did not refund my excess charge for reasons unexplained. My card has been charged in the amounts of $20.95 on the 4th day of each month beginning NOV 04 2023 thru APR 04 2024. I did not sign up for any plans for carwashes. There was a kiosk attendant in October who I believe did something to setup these recurring charges to my credit card. I am requesting refund for the overcharge of the OCT charge of $10.95 for that month and a refund of $20.95 x 6 months (total $125.70) for the charges of the other 6 months
