Complaint: I purchased a Deal Chicken passes for a baloon ride date of December 16th for two people. The night of the 15th, Rainbow Ryders called me to say that my trip would need to be rescheduled. They stated that I would be able to call in at any point and re-schedule my trip. As the months went on, I saw that this task of rescheduling would not be easy. I travel during the week and am only in Phoenix on weekends and they were always booked well in advance. When I finally was able to find the weekend of April 21st available, Rainbow Ryders told me that my passes that I had spent $195 on had expired. She said the amount I had paid for passes could now only be used as credit and would have to spend another $210 for me to book the April 21st date. I told them of the experience I had with the cancellation on a day that wasn't even raining and how difficult it was to reschedule with them. The woman I spoke to didn't seem to care. When I asked to speak to a manager, she sent me to a voicemail. I expressed my frustration on the voicemail and asked them to call me. They never returned my call. I also spoke to Deal Chicken that told me that they had already paid Ranbow Ryders so I would need to deal with them.

Desired Settlement: I would like my 2- Champagne Hot Air Balloon Rides or my $195 back.
