Placed my car into their care in December of 2021. Received my car back in January of 2022. Car sounded ok, in two months it sounded different, and I took it back. The transmission shop stated they had to fix the transmission again. I took it back, and it had to sit for a while there because the tech. Who knew how to do a CVT transmission was going on vacation for 2 weeks. I borrowed my mother's truck each time I had my car in that shop, and then in May of 2022 I rolled it after falling asleep at the wheel. I was on call for a weekend, and had to fill two night shifts on top of the 3 that I had put in. Anyways, I had picked it up after convalescent period of 6 weeks at my mother's house. I had fractured 12th vertabrae, and was in a brace. I drove it until Nov. 2nd 2022. I failed to mention that the last time I picked it it made a clicking noise when driving up to 20 miles an hour then it went away. The shop was aware it was making that noise but felt it was okay because it only did it up to 20 miles an hour. Oct. 27th the noise increased up to 40 miles an hour. Then on Oct, 31st.2022 it went to 60 miles an hour while I was driving to work I called the shop, and told them I was bringing the car back over when I got off work on Nov.2nd 2022. While starting my trip that morning my car lurched, whined clunker, and I just made it into Maverick. I was going to fill my tank, but then I had to call Triple AAA to tow it back to them. They lent me their van while it was in the shop again. Their van is a front wheel drive. I live in Happy ***** and I asked them if they could provide a 4 wheel drive for me r/t snow and icy roads posting signs for chains or 4 wheel drives. The transmission is leaking ,and I need to take it back in. I asked for a four wheel drive rental, and they can only provide the van. This is the 4th time I'm taking it bac k. I failed to mention that the lifts on my front hood were broken, and they said that happens. They were fine when I took it in last time
