            Hello I purchased a set of 4 wheels FR3 in February 2023 through Element Wheels and within two months (April 2023) two of the four wheels the paint started chipping. I called your customer service and they offered to repaint it which is not enough as you can understand the expense of installing these wheels professionally with alignment and balance not to mention I will be without a car for a couple of weeks and will need to rent a vehicle since the car will have no wheels. Moreover your customer service does not answer my emails or calls after I insisted what they offered was not enough or fair customer service. I hope you can help me as this product did not live up to the quality highlighted in your website and is quite expensive and neither did the customer service.

            Their customer service has to be some of the worst in the business, they will try the bare minimum to help you then give up and leave you in the hole as soon as they run into any inconveniences on their end.Purchased Wheels from them and 3 out of the 4 showed up, after contacting them they "reached" out to the shipping company and was told they were not able to locate the missing wheel. Then I get a reply from element stating that its not their problem because I didn't purchase their third party insurance.... any other company in the world would own up and deal with the shipping company they have contracts with and help the customer out regardless of third parties.And losing a 20" wheel has to be due to poor packaging, so again not something that should be blamed on the customer.
