About four months ago, My mother received the nastiest of phone calls from Fancy Pets. My parents had been taking their Old English Sheepdog there for almost three years, and we had never heard of the complaints they had addressed over the phone that day. The owner's son had called my mother screaming on the phone, telling her "You better come get your dog and never come back. He is the worst dog we have ever had, and he is not finished, and he is bleeding, but that is HIS fault." She was so taken back by the aggression of this phone call, that my sister and I went to handle the matter. When my sister went in she tried asking for a refund of the $100 spent to fully groom their dog ******, and the owner came out, threatened to call the cops on my sister, and threw our dog at her, and off she went. Some words were exchanged by both parties, and the owner left with a smart alec ***** and said "You're not getting a cent from us. Take your dog, and get out of here." Then it was my attempt to come in and get my dog. When I entered they didn't know my sister had came before, and acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Once I told them the name of our dog, they went from talking, to screaming within seconds. This man put his finger in my face and screamed "I'LL CALL THE **** ON YOU FILTHY PEOPLE!" That of course caused a reaction out of me, and I did curse. Since none of our attempts worked, we thought of just dropping it. That was until we got home and saw our sweet family dog covered in scratches, bruising, and blood all around his paws and front and back legs. These groomer had taken our money for years, never telling us our dog was this "monster" they described, then left him ******, unfinished, and no refund or apology. If money is an issue, I demand these groomers call my mother and give them an apology. They cannot take our money for years, then scream and yell and harm our dog. Thank you.
