Complaint: I prepaid for the service they were selling at Costco, Chandler and they gave me a card to contact. I called so many times. Either nobody answers or somebody answers and says I need to talk to a person named "***", and they transfer me to second person. Second person says it's different department and they say they need to transfer and after that the call gets disconnected. It happened so many times that I gave up and stopped calling. This is one of the worst experience I ever had and I wanted to share with BBB, so that, other people will not be ripped off.

Desired Settlement: They need to give me a full refund and still give one time service at the earliest to compensate for the hassle I am having to go through.

Business Response: On Thursday June 13 tried contacting this person by calling the phone # provided.  It went to voice mail, so I left a message for them to reach me and I have not received a call back from them.  We are continually testing our phone system to make sure it functions properly.  I can accommodate the requests made in the submitted complaint.  I am just waiting to hear back from them.  I will continue to reach out though, and will report any progress.
