    On July 21, 2021, I purchased a SimplyGo Mini portable oxygen concentrator from OxiMedical. On August 7, 2023, I called OxiMedical about a warning I was getting on my machine. This warning was letting me know that the Sieve Bed (filter) needed replacing. I spoke with *** in the service department to inquire as to the cost of this replacement. I also inquired about the possibility of my husband replacing the sieve bed himself. My husband was upset that a person could not replace it themselves, opposite of what an Innogen machine would allow you to do. *** was very understanding about my husband's frustrations. He said it would *********** weeks to get my machine repaired and that he would do me a favor and send me a replacement to use.Not once did he say that he was replacing my machine entirely. After 8 weeks, I called OxiMedical to inquire about my machine. I had to leave a message. I tried a couple other times afterwards and never received a call back from anyone. I then called again about two weeks ago and finally was able to talk with someone else in the service department. She was the one who informed me that the machine sent to me was now mine and that I had another 1 year warranty on the machine. This all came as a surprise to me and I asked to speak with ***. He was on vacation. I asked that he call me when he gets back in the office. To date, he has not called. I sent another email to OxiMedical asking that they return my machine with a new sieve bed. I don't know how old the machine I have now is and when the sieve bed was replaced in it. If they were going to keep my original machine, then why bother to issue me a certificate with a serial number. ********************** has not responded to my latest email that was sent to them on their support contact form. It's been several days since I started this complaint, and still no word from Oxy Medical. This is my consent to file my complaint.***************************

    The sales representative said he was a veteran. He suggested a concentrator. I paid $1,700. The sales rep said buy it, if it is not what you want, just return it. The ********************* said it was not strong enough for my husband. I spent so many phone calls, I can't remember. Sent emails, called the sales rep. many times. I finally received an email, (just and email) with no return label. I finally had to call *** myself, paid $25.50 I think to ship it. I did get a refund. Not $1,700 but $1,500. Yes, they are the worst company I have ever experienced in my life. I lost $200.00 dollars. My husband was not well at the time and I had hectic days so I did not do much research. I have no idea if this was a new one. I see on Inogen's site, the lowest is about $3,500 etc. Please do not deal with this company.
