              Had new house built in verrado ******* **. By K-HOV BUILDERS.Flooded first weekend, about 50 more things wrong. Been over a week with no progress to rectify. It's on me to talk to a computer about problems. Haven't put any promises or time line in writing as requested. Only showed up couple times full of patronizing platitude nicey talk. They apparently have no authority to make $ decisions.Could have had people here to start repairs next day ie: door repair, roof repair, paver repair, paint repair, on and on.Their excuses, can't get our people over to fix, just so busy. Well it's to be expected things will go wrong. This is typical for what you paid. They have all my money, I have a house I can't secure at night, broken garage door, and are in no hurry to get things done. Plenty more people in the neighborhood are having issues also.Just want things documented, and resolved. Not too much to ask for half a million dollars.

              This is an honest experience with this home builder. Esthetically the home looked fabulous, but after year 1 things went down hill. My wife and I keep a very clean and well maintained home but what do you do when paint starts falling off exterior, water pressure dies out due to faulty plumbing, concrete slab splits after 1 summer, exterior wood trimming (upper and lower exterior) splintered beyond repair? This home unlike my first home was the worst investment my wife and I made. I should've paid a few extra bucks and went with Richmond Homes instead of paying half a million for a tent!!!
