    BBB unable to locate business
    May 2022 dropped off my **** allroad audi car for an engine swap, engine purchased and delivered from another shop. They said they could do this even though European car and quoted $2000. Almost 1 yr later after months of phone calls and no answers and the run around, they call and say shop was sold and come get my car. They dropped engine in car but wasn't running so i had tow to another shop! They charged me nothing, but after one week at a new shop...come to realize they damaged the car so much it's has cost over $14,000 !!! They lost parts, fried the electronics and wiring harness, fried the computer because they ripped wiring harness out, dented turbo tubes, etc. Deans auto had No intention of ever finishing this car and then "sold" the shop? I feel they are responsible for all my repairs as they not only had my car a yr, but gave me back a so damaged vehicle that I should have totalled it if I had known it was ruined. They stored it out in the weather with windows down and rain damaged my seats. It has scratches on the hood. It's utter disregard for someone's property. I have not contacted the shop yet as car is still being repaired at the new shop at an outrageous cost because of all the damage deans auto did!!! I am seeking payment for this as they did not give me my car back in the condition it was dropped off. The new owner said I didn't owe anything because he didn't work on the car. But same employees work there that damaged, lost parts off my car! They destroyed it and I had no idea until new shop started on hooking up the new engine realizing they damaged everything thus costing me $14,000 to take engine back out and buy all new parts! I am seeking reimbursement or legal action will be taken. Thank you
