              The Crack Doctor is a company that has failed me and disappointed me. In 2005, they repaired a foundation crack for me but it is leaking once again. I have tried on many occasions to communicate with them through phone calls, emails, and text messages but it was very difficult to make contact. Their answering machine is always full so you can’t leave a message and emails are not responded to. I eventually spoke with a very rude, belligerent, and unprofessional person by the name of Michael T********. I believe he is the owner/operator. This person refuses to honour his company’s Lifetime Guarantee. I have asked him to send an employee to our house to examine the crack but, once again, he refuses to help me out. ** ** ***** * **** ***** *********** **** ** ******* *** **** ******** ******* I am shocked with the manner in which he has responded to me. An internet search of consumer websites has revealed many negative reports of Mr. T******** and his company, all with the same themes - communication avoidance; reneging on the Lifetime Guarantee; incomplete work; and rude, demeaning treatment of consumers by Michael. The cost of my project is not substantial, however, I feel that it is extremely important for this company to be held accountable for their unprofessional, unethical, dishonest, and rude business practices.
