After a month wait, the first appointment for our dog was cancelled the day of the appointment because the vet was sick. OK, no problem, we waited another month. The day of the next appointment we get snow and part of a tree falls on the 2 mile gravel road to my home, so I call them to reschedule and they charge me an $80 deposit for cancelling within 24 hours. I told them about the road issues and they didn't care. So, if they have an issue it is OK to cancel on me, but if I have an issue I can't control I lose my deposit. Their total lack of understanding and consideration is ridiculous! I even offered to split the deposit and they said no. If this is how they are about appointments, I don't want them anywhere near my dog!

Extremely disappointed in the professionalism, dependability, and complete disregard for their customers. I had a scheduled vet appointment on 1-26-22. Upon arriving at the location, five minutes before my appointment, I was told it would be an extra hour and a half wait time. Like most people, I have to provide an income for myself and family, while also juggling day to day responsibilities. This leaves me very little wiggle room to do other things. Upon sharing to the receptionist that I did not have an hour and a half to wait, I was bluntly told the only thing that could be done for myself and two cats would be to reschedule the following month nearly 30 days out. I found this to be disappointing, the receptionist lack of understanding and short tempered behavior did not help, not even providing an apology for any inconvenience throughout the whole experience. When I questioned why they could not have informed me of this inconvenience before hand, I was left with no answer, just a very generic response indicating a lack of knowledge from the staff. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I already paid a non refundable deposit of $160 for both my cats. Like most working people, that is no small amount, and took careful planning to subside from daily expenses. This place deserves a low rating due to its lack of accountability, professionalism, quality, and overall hospitality to its customers.
