            I paid 6016.20$ for a transmission rebuild and a new clutch. After a short time, issues arose with the transmission was repaired on warranty. Shortly after that problem another repair was needed directly as a result of the previous work which was confirmed by the manufacturer however this time they accused me of abusing the car and refused to honor their warranty. Ive contacted their consumer support department and have been ignored multiple times

            They did not honor the warranty. It was a manufactured transmission that was put in and they did a rebuild instead of replacement. They charged $1,000 for parts and told me that I was getting a good deal because they were not charging me for labor. They put a dent in the car which makes it now difficult to open one of the doors. They did not report it to me that that happened and I have no way of proving that they did it. They kept the car for several months and I let the insurance expire so the repair will be out of pocket.
