BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: To Whom It May Concern: I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, because I was denied the ability to have my fleeces returned. Fantasy Fibers, LLC processes fleece as a service to the public. I sent my fleeces to them in good faith that they would be processed, but when a billing question was raised they kept my fleece and have refused to contact me back ever since. The company has a website that states general information, services available and pricing. The posted amounts for pricing changed between the time I sent my fleeces in and the time they were processed. When I questioned the difference in the costs, I was told it did not change. I could not prove otherwise, because the link I bookmarked to the original pricing page for the website was no longer available. Having no choice and not wanting to lose my fleeces, I accepted this and requested the total amount including shipping for the fleeces to be returned to me. There has been no response. All of the communication I exchanged with Fantasy Fibers, LLC, was via email with a representative by the name of, ******. I am very frustrated by this, because I feel I was scammed for my fleeces. This has caused me a tremendous loss as they cannot be replaced. Sincerely, **** ******
Desired Settlement: As a settlement, I would like the market value of the fleeces had they been delivered to me as agreed.
Our policy is for people to call in and be put on the Priority list. Once we're ready for their fiber, we call them for them to send/bring in their fibers for processing. New pricing went into effect January 10, 2014. **** ****** called in to be put on the Priority List on Janyary 29, 2014. We were ready for her fiber the first part of June. Her fiber was received June 10, 2014. Her fiber was too long for our spinner to physically make yarn for her so she agreed to have it put into roving. Her original directions (I have the label on the bags of fiber) were to wash, dehair and spin into yarn. We washed, dehaired and carded the fiber for her. When her invoice was sent via email, she was shocked at the prices. She's saying that the prices were much more than expected. We've tried to explain to *** ****** that prices have not gone up. I do have all the email correspondence covering all this if you would like to see them. I have agreed to discount the carding fee by $2.00/pound and she's still not satisfied. I want to be rid of these two large boxes that are taking up space in my shop. However, we require payment before we can release them. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this problem.
