Replace with ***** Corning Duration Series, ************** resistant (AR) shingles. Use of Titanium-30 as underlayment. All new flashing to include gutter drip, ***** T-metal, 24 inch valley metal, pipe jacks for pipe vents, new air vents. All flashing on roof is color coordinated. Meticulous clean up. All bushes, flowers and decks are covered with tarps as not to damage them while tearing off the roof. Clean gutters upon completion. ALL WORKMANSHIP / LABOR IS WARRANTED FOR 15 YEARS FROM DATE OF CONTRACT DISPUTE DESCRIPTION: roof leaks in 3 areas. I notified L&N in October. L&N tried to fix 3 times. The first time they said too much water was draining on the affected area and asked me to reroute the drain gutters which I did. The 2nd time they said the leaks were due to window caulking. I fixed the caulking. I then noticed the leaks were above the area L&N tried to patch as they never verified where the leaks were coming from so they patched the wrong areas. When I told them this via text they returned on 12/20/21 and tried to repair but the person said they didnt have the proper tools and would return on 12/23/21. He never returned. I texted L&N on 1/3/2022 and 1/7/2022 asking for an update. L&N will no longer respond. WHAT HAS BUSINESS DONE TO RESOLVE partially, but they didnt verify where the leaks were originating from so they patched the wrong area. So no meaningful work has been done.
