I was not aware of this method of action to correct the less than adequate job done.We paid Bell Gutters to put gutters around our house and on one side of our garage. It took them approximately 30 minutes, from the time they arrived and got out of their truck to the time they got back in to leave.Not once did a level get used to check for correct slope, the nails are going in all different directions. The corner joints leak and the gutters aren't even flush with the house. But the worst of all, is that when it rains, the water DOES NOT drain down the downspout, instead it overflows at the opposite end of the downspout, that is capped.Causing massive amounts of water and fir needles amongst other debris to overflow directly over the entryway/walkways.Gutters should drain via the downspout. That's what we paid them for. I personally spoke to an employee of his, a week after the job was done, that told me that they were instructed, by the owner, not to use levels on any gutter that is over 3ft long.I personally talked to ******************* about coming out to fix this issue. Told me to call his office number to set an appointment, which would create an invoice and it would be no problem.4 separate times I called and left a message, zero response.
