The Table Times website can be found at http://www.thetabletime.com/#, and they advertise as being a business that provides high quality entertainment booklets to restaurants across the U.S. and Canada. Consumers allege they paid in advance for advertising that was never printed or made available for review. Consumers further allege they have been unable to contact the business for an explanation regarding the lack of advertising services and refunds.
On October 20, 2020, Better Business Bureau spoke with a business representative regarding the consumer complaints. He explained that due to the pandemic and government imposed restrictions, he lost most of his staff. He said the business was in the process of trying to hire additional staff but the government restrictions made it difficult to hire people that had the option of staying home and collecting unemployment. He said he began the process of outsourcing some of the printing jobs in an effort to catch up with the demand for services.
On November 18, 2020, and November 30, 2020, Better Business Bureau attempted to contact the business for an update regarding the customer complaints. The advertised telephone number of 800-824-1104 is no longer in service.
