As an existing tenant I am happy to amend this review if my opinion of this company changes. They let our sink have ***** drinking water for almost 6 months.Upon first moving in, there were minor repairs that were needed. It took a call to the owner (her name is *************) in order for these to be fixed about a month later.That was insignificant. The biggest issue was that the water coming out of our kitchen faucet was bright orange. This was reported to them on September 7th 2021. I have included a picture of our water from just last week. It was finally rectified today, 2/24/22. Almost 6 months later. Clean drinking water is a very basic and necessary part of property maintenance.Over this period, I was routinely lied to by their project manager (*********************), who initially claimed that he would "replace the pipes" and maintain "good communication and transparency from here on out". He installed a filter on the cold water line at the end of November (2 months after initially reported) and a filter on the hot water line today (5 months after initially reported).I repeatedly contacted ***** as well as the Property Manager of my unit, and finally the owner. I was told that they couldn't receive the filters due to "shipping delays" throughout the months of November, December, January, and February. I contacted someone at the company 7 times over this period, and was told that same story. But after reviewing the invoice, At Home Properties didn't even order the filter until January 28th.So not only was the water in my apartment unsafe to drink for the 6 months after I moved in, but I was lied to and ignored about the process of rectifying this issue. And the worst part is, it's not like their competition is any better
