            I rented a truck (*******) from ****** to ******* (Agreement #********). Of the ***** miles, after 775 miles I had to stop to change diesel filter. The ************* driver came after 4 hours (10:45 pm) and sent me in the morning to a service 40 mile away! The mechanic was very surprised that in the system it appears that the truck should have had maintenance done before leaving for the road. After another 450 miles I had to turn to Discount Tires to buy a towing tire. After the bad experience the day before and hours lost after the mechanic, I dod not use ************* services. I called Penske after arriving at my destination and asked how it is possible to rent a truck that is dangerous on the road and is not checked? I paid $9,894 for the rent and I expected to justify this money. They redirected me to ************ who returned me $300. A joke! For the mess of the truck and the stress I went through, it should return $3,000!
