    I have still not been able to speak to any person regarding this issue. Email was sent and response was: Thank you for taking the time to contact the corporate office of Massage Envy Franchising, LLC (MEF). Please know these matters are taken very seriously, and the guest experience at all independently owned and operated franchised locations is a top priority. While MEF is the manager of an *******-based franchisor and does not own or operate any franchised locations, nor are we are a parent company to any franchisee, any concerns related to the Wellness Agreement you entered into with your home location should be addressed directly with that franchisee. However, even though we are not a party to that agreement, we are happy to help facilitate a conversation. Accordingly, I will personally forward your concerns directly to the franchisee on your behalf, and kindly request that they contact you directly to help address them. We appreciate your patience in advance and value the opportunity to assist you. Notification of Issue:Title: Fwd: Location closed Issue Number: ****** Status: Open Date: 23-Aug-2022 11:23 Created by: Guest Relations Description: Subject: Location closed ?Original email I sent:I would like to speak with someone regarding my massage envy account. Previously I was a client in *******************, most recently in ******, **. Here are my issues/complaints:1. During Covid shut down my card was still charged every month despite the business being closed. Once I realized this I was told I had to come in person to sign to our account on hold, faxing it in was not accepted.2. Once limited re-opening at the business, only limited hours open and no weekends open at all. Also, limited scheduling ability (no online scheduling, must call every Monday am to try to schedule) The business was never open past 5 pm or on weekends, making it impossible to get in for all the massages stacked up in my account I was charged for when the business was not open. 3. Business is now closed permanently in ****** **. (And I received no notification of this)The closest open massage envy is now over 1 hour from where I live. Leaving me with no means to ever use the 10 plus massages in my account.4. Unable to reach any person in corporate or management to discuss my complaints.This has yet to be resolved.
