Complaint Category: Failure to provide promised assistance or support for products or services
Complaint: OUR HOME INSURANCE WAS CANCELED IN DECEMBER 2013, NW PREFERRED SAID THEY ISSUED A NEW POLICY AND HAD TAKEN CARE OF SENDING THE INFORMATION TO OUR LENDER. WE HAVE RECIEVED 4 LETTERS FROM CHASE STATING THAT THEY HAVE NO PROOF OF COVERAGE AND THEY WILL BE FORCE PLACING A POLICY ON OUR HOME. I HAVE CALLED NW PREFERRED AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVE SENT OVER ALL OF THE INFORMATION. I AM GETTING CONFLICTING INFORMATION. AS OF NOW I JUST RECIEVED ANOTHER LETTER IN MAY! SAYING THEY STILL HAVE NO PROOF OF OUR INSURANCE. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS THEY TELL ME IT'S TAKEN CARE OF, NOW THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHO OUR POLICY IS THROUGH SO I CAN CALL THEM DIRECTLY. THIS PLACE IS NOT RELIABLE AND HAS CAUSED SO MUCH FRUSTRATION. ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A CLEAR ANSWER.
