|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: We had previously purchased a time share with them. When we attended a meeting, they stated that if I purchased another 14,000 points for $45,500 then It would benefit us so much more because of a program that it would put us into, that we could transfer our points for things such as airfare, activity passes, anything that they can purchase in advance for cash could be transferred over to points. I have notes and the notes that they have on file state that this was one of the main reasons for upgrading. When I called to setup a vacation package I was told that our membership doesn't qualify for any of that. So essentially we spent $45,500 on hotels. Plus, our monthly dues went up to $120. We don't go on vacation enough to use that many points each year just for hotel. I said they is no way I would have spent that kind of money just for more points for hotel stays. We had enough points to begin with to cover just hotel stays. When I told the customer service this information they stated it was a legally binding contract and I have no way of getting out of it, but if I purchase more points then I would qualify. They repeatedly let me down and I would never recommend anyone buying anything from this company. They will say whatever to get you to purchase and you won't find out in the 7 day window that they lied.
Desired Settlement: I want what I was promised. I want to be able to use my credits for everything or I want my money back.
