Complaint: On February 10, 2014, I placed an order for diapers. During the order, I had issues re-entering my new address in the "ship to" filed and in the "bill to" field. Several times, the order failed to bill because the billing and shipping address did not match the billing and shipping address associated with the credit card I was using. (I had moved in November 2013, the old address was ******************, La Crosse, Wisconsin, XXXXX, the NEW address is ***************, Onalaska, Wisconsin, XXXXX) When the order finally went through, I KNOW I had entered the new address several times, I assumed that everythign was fine because it accepted a credit card which used my new billing and shipping address. A couple of days later, I got an email notification that my order had been delivered - but I had not gotten my diapers. After checking, I realized that they had been shipped to my old address, despite my best attempts to have the system accept the new shipping address. I contacted my old neighbor and she spoke to the new tenants of my old apartment, who indicated that they had returned the shipment (but, realize that I have no way to verifying this). I contacted G Diapers, and left a message, indicating a good number to return my call, and what times I worked the following day. The next day, they called while I was at work and unable to accept the call. I have called and left 5 messages, and only the first has been returned. It was only after this issue that I discovered that to get my address changed I needed to go into my online account with this company and change the billing and shipping addresses there. I thought that since the system was finally able to bill this shipment to my credit card that it was going to ship to the appropriate address.

Desired Settlement: I would like them to initiate a trace with their shipper to resolve this issue, and I would like my diapers shipped to me. I am out more than $100 for this shipment, and I feel that I exercised due diligence in attempting to get their system to ship to the appropriate address.
