      We bought a truck back in 2020, since we've gotten the loan through this company we have had nothing but problems, they have added *** insurance on my vehicle. Even though have sent in my insurance information monthly. I have even had my own insurance company call the bank and tell them I am insured (full coverage) but yet monthly the *** is taking money out of my payment toward my truck for the insurance they have placed in my vehicle. I've called to tell them to take insurance off as I have my own. I've send them my declaration pages dating back to the day I bought the truck. And yet no change when I call I get nasty customer service people who laugh and tell me it's because I'm not submitting what's needed. When I ask whats needed its exactly what I have submitted. I have also had my insurance company call and verify I had insurance and then they sent what was needed over and still no change. So instead of my truck being lower and close to paid off the amount I owe hasn't changed or went down due to them taking money for there own insurance on the vehicle.

      They were informed of fraud activity by a business and didnt inform me as a customer until a week later after, letting my account be drained of over $500 in fraudulent activity. They sent me a new card when they were informed of fraud and didnt cancel my old card OR contact me in any way. They stated that sending the new card that was their way of informing me. I received that card 11 days after they were informed. I realized fraudulent activity 6 days after they were informed. Getting the ** fees, which they claim they dont have, reversed took 3 separate days of calling and a threat to not deposit funds into my account until it was corrected. Wolf in sheeps clothing. Horrible banking practices!!!

      Hi Terra, we understand how stressful a card compromise can be for our members. In your case, we received a notice that a merchant you visited had a data breach, so we sent a new card as a precaution and sent you a written notice about the breach. At the time of the notice and reissue, the credit union was not notified of any fraudulent activity charged to your account, so we did not block the card immediately to not inconvenience you. We attempt to help our members through stressful fraud situations by promptly providing credit and reversing fees. However, issuing provisional credit and reversing fees can take up to 5 business days once the credit union is notified by the member.  In your case some of the transactions were caught before they posted to your account, so we needed to wait until the transactions had appeared on your account before we could provide credit.
