              BBB unable to locate business
              Purchased program Print Shop 23.1 . from ******/ Broderbund. This was on their recommendation It worked for a while and about a month ago stopped working. The program is less than six months old. I contacted them. and they gave me all kinds of remedies, but none worked. All I want is a working program and a phone call from them.

              The customer support is a joke . You have to email them and I sent receipt. Product information and they keep asking for error message over and over . I have sent them this , the instructions they sent have server error on there end . I have ***** beacon less than a year and it wont download . There support is either stupid or just doesnt care about their customers . I wont buy from them ever again .
