Programs and services offered by Albertina Kerr Centers include:

Children's Developmental Health Services: Diagnosis and treatment of children with developmental delays and disabilities including communication and developmental delays, ADHD, autism, behavior issues, sensory processing disorder, and other issues affecting the ability to relate effectively with their family and the environment.

Crisis Psychiatric Care (Subacute): Short-term residential care (usually less than two weeks) and 24-hour access to mental health professionals for children with urgent mental health crises.

Early Childhood Outpatient Services: Assistance for children ages 0 to 6 with behavioral challenges and their families. The focus is on developing skills to promote the child's success and safety.

Family Resource Center: A place for families in our community raising a child with mental health and behavioral challenges to find support, answers to questions and gather for activities and events.

Intensive-Community Based Treatment: Services for children ages 3 to 17 at risk of being unable to stay in their home or in school due to mental health challenges. In addition to help building connections within the community to develop long-term stability, the family receives home-based therapy, skills training and a 24-hour helpline.

Intensive Treatment Program: A safe and secure treatment program for youth with developmental disabilities, many of whom also have mental health challenges. This program is the only one of its kind in Oregon.

Foster Care: Safe and caring homes for foster children with mental health and behavioral challenges. providers receive extensive training and 24-hour support.

Outpatient Services: Mental health services for children, youth and their families provided in community settings, including homes, schools and other locations.

Youth Group Homes: More than a dozen group homes provide around-the-clock support and life skills training for youth ages 7 to 18 with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges that require specialized care and treatment.

Adult Group Homes: More than two dozen community-based residential homes that offer 24-hour support and individual growth opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities.

Employment Programs & Community Inclusion: A program for people with developmental disabilities that gives them the opportunity to participate in the workforce, join in activities and pursue hobbies that enrich their lives, leading to increased independence and community involvement. This includes Art from the Heart art studio and gallery and port City creative employment programs.

Hearing Services: Audiology and hearing health services, including aids, for adults.

Supported Living: A support system for adults with developmental disabilities that provides opportunities to create their own living situation based on their needs and goals.
