      In May 2022, I was provided a dental surgery service by a provider in *********, **. The service provider billed my dental insurance and after insurance paid, the remaining part of the service was billed to me by First Pacific Corporation. I paid a small part of the balance in July, and made two final payments in August. The last payment I paid in August was $50 over the balance. After looking at all 3 payments and realizing I overpaid, I expected to get a refund check. None came, so I started calling First Pacific Corporation and finally got a representative on the line in September. The representative said they would have to check with the service provider to make sure FPC could send the refund to me. In November, I still have not received a refund, so I called FPC again and was told the same thing they had said in September. Why would a company operate this way if they are honest? I will not use this service provider again, if he is still having FPC handle his billing. I want my refund.

      Very rude and obnoxious to deal with FPC customer service.Refused to provide any written details of what the amount billed was for.Actual amount owed to the provider does not match their invoice from FPC.I am changing providers, due to the issues I have had with this company, will not use any provider associated with FPC.
