I ************************* had ********************* of Sodhoppers make me a pair of moccasins.I sent a $100 deposit on 5/ 13/ 2022 pay pal he then sent a how to make a cast of my foot video by email with account # and tracking # it disappeared days later. I did make a cast and tracing of my left foot with the help of a friend, and sent back. My feet are (slightly different in shape- not much) so I decided to make a cast of the right foot as well additional $50 for the other foot, balance payment of $300 pay pal.. When I got moccasins the right boot fit good , left one was shorter in height and narrower, twisted and fit my foot badly uncomfortable, the area wear the boot lace on the right boot is straight, the left one is at an angle curved shown in photo. I thanked him for making them and told him about the problem, "he said If I paid him $150 more he would make me a new left boot". I replied I did not make the boot he did so why should I pay to fix it!? He did offer to try and fix it, so I sent it back. When I got it back was still twisted and he did admit it was in fact twisted and he fixed the best he could. I let him know it was still not right, so he offered to try again to fix it, so I went to his house to do a tracing of my foot and show him the problem he told me he does not need to see it. I left both moccasins so he can try and fix the issue again, what I see is the material was cut wrong and is not fixable my opinion . I got them back , same problem left boot twisted and fit my foot wrong where it laced up still curved. I let him know still not right , he then offered a refund , then offered to make a new left moccasin his words should have done sooner, so I sent another casting of my foot , he sent them back saying he did not think a new boot would match in color so he ********* last time, right sole is unglued. I did not agree to this! Tried talking to him email he replied he is done working with me, ignored phone call. I Just need a refund. $400 low fixed income
