              On 18 February 2023, I went in to get a Brazilian wax. The total cost of this service is $75.00. I was erroneously charged for a Brazilian, eyebrows, and inner thigh wax. The total for services and tip was $134.00. The name on the receipt is *************************. I immediately let the assistant working at the desk know, and she told me that since her manager was not on site, she would have to make a call, and that I should receive a refund in two days. One week later, I went in to report that I hadn't received my refund. I was told that it was probably the snow storm that caused the delay and to check again in **** business days. To date, I have not received the refund for being overcharged. I want a refund to include my tip of $59.00

              Received a bad wax, toes, feet, **** strip were not done and still choppy areas, I wasnt really mad at this so much. When I told her that as my free wax I choose the armpits, because as a new guest the first wax is on us she said sure we have enough time for it. I paid my ****, left 25% tip and got home. At home I got a notification for 28$ he exact amount for an armpit wax- the amount thats supposed to be free. I called and the lady on the phone was rude, not having me talk, but explained that I had too many things done and the **** was too big that it didnt fit in one?! First Brazilian is 50% off, which I had no clue, but after looking further it doesnt say nowhere I cant have both. Or why no-one ever told me, you got 50% Off your first Brazilian and were gonna charge you the Free armpit wax after you leave! Than advertise as : first guest either choose 50% off Brazilian or free wax ?! They never offered to fix the bad wax, nor to refund the free wax. Or anything else! After disputing the 28$ charge which I didnt authorize, they made up a new **** to show for! What an unapologetic, fraudulent place. Stay far away!I spent 251$ here and I regret it deeply wasting my money and energy.
