Complaint: AG DIESEL WAS HIRED TO REPAIR MY 2002 DODGE RAM 2500. I WAS HAVING POWER AND FUEL MILEAGE ISSUES. AFTER 6800.00 WORTH OF REPAIRS THE VEHICLE RAN LIKE CRAP AND THE ISSUE I SIGNED FOR THEM TO REPAIR WAS NEVER RESOLVED. I HAD GIVEN THEM NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION BRINGING MY TRUCK TO THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. AG DIESEL KEPT INSISTING THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG. I HAVE NOT USED THE TRUCK MUCH SINCE AND GAVE UP PURSUING MORE REPAIRS FROM THEM. I RECENTLY STARTED TRYING TO GET THE TRUCK RUNNING CORRECTLY THROUGH SOURCE AUTOMOTIVE AND THEY SAID THE LIFT PUMP INSTALLED BY AG DIESEL WAS SET INCORRECTLY. THEY ALSO FOUND THE PROBLEM WAS MY INJECTORS NOT THE INJECTOR PUMP THAT WAS CAUSING MY POWER AND MILEAGE ISSUE. I KNOW I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THE SHADY MECHANICS AT AG DIESEL AND WOULD LIKE TO PURSUE ANY AVENUE TO RECOUP SOME OF THE MONEY THEY STOLE.

Desired Settlement: IN REGARDS TO THE PROBLEM I HAD ASKED THEM TO REPAIR AND THEY NEVER DID I WANT A REFUND OF ALL THE LABOR COST AND THEIR SHOP SUPPLIES. I WILL EAT THE COST OF THE PARTS SINCE MY OLD PARTS WERE TURNED IN FOR CORE CHARGE BY AG DIESEL.
