            Purchased what was advertised as a Genuine Land Rover Part from their web site. The Land Rover description is:Genuine Land-rover Part # LR129437 - Bumper Cover. Satin silver. Fits Defender 110, Defender 130, Defender 90.I received what appears to be an aftermarket part, it is not Satin Silver, requires painting and has no indication that it is even a Genuine Land Rover part. When I asked for a replacement or refund by email (their phone has a recording that their phones are down and to send email), they sent back a screen capture of their web site which had been updated since my purchase visit to indicate that the part requires paint and is not returnable. The receipt for my purchase has no indication that the part requires painting or that it is not eligible for return.They are misleading consumers with regard to Genuine Land Rover part status and not operating in good faith with consumers. They billed me through PayPal as Don Rasmussen Company.

            Fraud, extortion and unethical mechanics. I took my suv in with my mechanics diagnostic paperwork and error codes for 2 issues & was told it would be $225 each to diagnosis 2 issues and then fix by the sevice writer. Then I get the mechanic ***** calling me, stating he charges $490 per diagnostic and won't diagnosis for less than. I then get a invoice for over $4,100 & said my car was ready. I drive my car the first time and the issues not fixed and he completely messed up the wiring on putting my audio back together. I call back and bring it back in and they tried to extort more money to fix the original issue I just paid for and charge me again to diagnosis and fix their mistake. Not happening, I pick up my suv and they left my whole audio wires and system on the floor in a mess and not connected! When picking up my car, they had 3 service tecs come out laughing and tried to intimate me as I got my car and left. I will be filing with the BBB To report illegal fraud charges for an issue that now, I have to take elsewhere to fix the issue and repair what they couldn't. Avoid this place at all costs. They are scamers and do not know what their doing! I was wrongfully charged for an issue that they said was fixed and they refuse to give me my rightful money back! Illegal and unethical scamers!
