            Hi, On July 2nd I ordered and paid for two parts from Dick Hannah Volkswagen parts department over the phone. They did not tell me that the parts were not refundable otherwise I would have not ordered them. I didn't find this out until that following week after the holiday on either the 5th-7th. When I called Dick Hannah Volkswagen to tell them that unfortunately I ordered the wrong parts they then told me the parts were not refundable. So I had my roommate take me down to pick them up because I figured I paid for them I might as well pick them up anyways or they will go back on the shelf or sent back.They have not been opened and I still have the receipt. All I'm requesting is a refund.Thank you for your time,Sincerely, *************************

            This is my 2nd car buying experience from DH VW and it keeps getting better! I came into car buying with so much anxiety and fear, but the team here: ******, ****, ***** all did an exceptional job at empowering me to purchase a car I felt confident in. Never once did I feel pressured into buying something. ****** did a great job at meeting me where I was at with car shopping. ***** and **** are always great at answering difficult financing questions. I received a great trade in value and piece of mind in purchasing a vehicle with factory warranty. I will only *********** from them from now on!

            Wow!  What a great review for our process and staff members.  We know that the buying process is a tough road to travel, especially with all of the options, decisions and uncertainties surrounding it!  We are always very grateful when our guests pick us to take care of them on the journey, but not only that...they circle back and leave this type of feedback indicating of their 100% satisfaction and intentions to bring future purchases to us.  That never gets old.
