Orange County Roofing just completed a new roofing job on our house in July 23. We contacted Rob Taylor (owner of OCRoof) for a quotation in February and he came out within 48 hours spending about 30 minutes on the roof. He thoroughly assessed the roof and made measurements. We discussed his professional judgement on probable termite-dry rot damage and amount of wood to be replaced once the roof was opened and damage was visible. He returned the quote in 24 hours. The quotation was competitive with others we had obtained. We decided to go with *** at Orange County Roofing. A major factor in selecting OCRoofing was the degree of professionalism and care he took in preparing the bid. *** spent time on the roof and went into detail with expected repairs. *** obviously knew what he was doing and was experienced. By comparison 2 other contractors submitted desk bids from satellite views and never came out to our location. Another contractor came to the property however he never went on to the roof. All these contractors submitted contingencies for cranes and other situations that obviously were not needed. Due to the extremely heavy continuous rains this year there were delays in beginning the project. *** kept us informed on the status. After the project started his crew was on site each day on time. At the end of each day they cleaned the site surprisingly quite well. *** kept me informed each step of the way. The project length was 5 days to completion. The final outcome looked great and we were very pleased! The performance of the roof with the recent tropical *********************** was flawless!
