              Christmas gift. Did not work right out of package 1 or 2 RC bummer cars. By brand sharper image sold by MechSource. Contacted Tech support immediately wasted 15 minutes on a phone call only be told to submit a claim form on website. DEC 2022 Filed claim form on website. Got package from trash cans to locate upc codes product codes and other information. Unloaded several product photos of package and toy cars.Gave detailed explanation on issue and solution to send 1 blue car. No remote. Red car and remote works as it should! Weeks go by FEB 2023 Company send a generic email saying they won't honor product warranty and satisfaction as promised on product due to being Christmas gift. Based on over complaints even if this receipt were available they still do not honor warranty. Company has horrible customer satisfaction and now it's beyond a $8 toy car for a child's Christmas gift and the point. If Company fails to supply a replacement car I will take further action. Thank you. Unhappy and completely mortified that this Company treats people this way!

              Looks like I'm not the only one!!!Read all complaints below and exactly what this company has done to me! They sell garbage to kids. Claim to back the product. make you jump through hoops and don't do anything to rectify the situation. Scamming kids out of toys is a new low! Do not buy sharper image or any other brands this company sells. I'll be dealing with Target next to show them the type of company they are putting on Target shelves. I've also contacted *** 7 on your side so the news can run a report on this scam of a company. Bbb complaint and my attorney. It's not even about the $12 RC bummer car that didn't work right out of the package anymore!! It's all about taking this company down for treatment like this to paying customers! MechSource ****** should be ashamed of themselves!!
