    I paid an original bill in June 2017 and then they tried to bill me twice for the same service ( I compared the dates of service and medication closely). The 2nd time almost a year later!! First bill was on 6/28/17 (which I paid in full), 2nd bill for same amount in 7/28/17, Then they waited almost a whole year and sent a bill to me on 1/22/18, duplicating a charge for $156 (for Meperidine/promethazine injection) which was on the original invoice and paid. Then another bill on 3/6/18 with the same $156 for the same service code as on the original invoice. Update: Fast forward 6 YEARS after the date of service they have billed me AGAIN on 3/10/23 for the same date of service, same visit, but now have changed the service code to another medication (demerol/Phenergan). Unbelievably incompetent to an absurd degree. I see by the online reviews that they have done this to others. No excuse for this level of incompetence. According to the *** and their definition of fraud. Double billing: Submitting multiple claims for the same service Phantom billing: Billing for a service visit or supplies the patient never received Unbundling: Submitting multiple bills for the same service I have called multiple times to try and resolve this with their billing department. They are not only incompetent, this is fraud.
