Run the other way buyers. Dealerships like this one lower the Toyota brand to an all-new low. Typical unethical used car dealership tactics are employed to attract buyers, then bait and switch them with something else. They advertise a Toyota ****** on AutoTrader for one price, and when you call to show interest and move forward, they then quote that it was a mistake and that they will work with you to get you a good deal; yeah, right? I get that it's a seller's market, but this is what scraping the bottom of the barrel looks like.

The indicated ****** was advertised on our website which we can totally control and reflects the proper advertising price. Third party web providers are receiving feed information from our dealership which may require at times up to 24 to 48 hours prior to reflecting the updated price. Thanks

Buying a car from Toyota Place was the worst car buying experience of my life! It was 8 plus months on a roller coaster ride with lying managers who clearly don't know the cars they are trying to sell. I first wanted an XLE Corolla Hybrid that they told me would take a while to get and I waited with them telling me it was in transit. Five months into the waiting they told me they couldn't get it. I was understanding and went back in and decided on a Prius Prime Premium with the glass roof and the automatic trunk after the manager ****** convinced me that this was the perfect car for me. A couple weeks later I got a call from ****** saying my car was in. I went in to pick it up and it was the wrong car! Another manager tried to convince me to take it and I refused. Another manager ********************* said that the car I wanted with the automatic trunk did not exist because they only put those kinds of trunks on SUV's. He spoke down to us and he was clearly wrong. He doesn't know the product he is trying to sell and he acted like I was wrong. After another 4 months the correct car came in with the trunk that "didn't exist" according to ****. So, I went in to pick it up and then they told me that the price they gave me originally was wrong and it was going to cost more. All the managers are liars and they play the game where they don't know what the other manager said. They run a dirty business there and all the managers are shady! I have never been treated so poorly and seen a business run without a care for the customer. They DO NOT care about their customers and that was made extremely clear by the way I was treated. The only reason why I stayed was because they had thousands of dollars of my money as a down and they had my lease that I turned into them. I also didn't want to start this process over again! Buyer beware.
