this is a **** dealer that nobody should ever visit.they made a deal and then backed out of there deal,calling me a lier ,because they didnt do there due diligence.then after after 5 days treated me like a criminal because they are a very shady of people.no business should ever treat a customer like they treated me,even there manager was a person that should not be working in a retail businessReview from Keith C

The people that work at this dealership are shady. Classic bait & switch. We saw a vehicle on their website, called them and confirmed the price to make sure we're not wasting our time as we were driving pretty far. They confirmed the price and as soon as we got there, the sales guy tells us you can't buy that for sticker price. We told him we confirmed the price and said no, no I mentioned the markup. We never would have driven 2 hours if that was communicated to us. Don't come here or to any other **** dealership, have had multiple bad experiences with their customer service and how they operate their business.Review from BRIAN D

Yikes. Avoid this dealership at all costs. First, we made a direct order through **** for the new Maverick with a locked in price through a contract. When we got a call from our salesperson saying our vehicle was ready for pickup, they tried to markup an additional 10k on top of msrp and said if we didn't pay for it they'd sell to another buyer. Horrible practices and even shadier salesreps. Would rather buy any other vehicle than this.Review from mike v

Huntington Beach ford will no longer get my business! I needed DEF fluid for my truck. I was charged $49.27 for Def fluid 2.5 Gal part number PM27Jug that I found at another **** dealer for $16.95. also PM22A that is a additive for the fuel system charged $26.29. I figured it was like everything else that prices are going up but this can still be found on shelves other stores. my fault I bought it because I needed it and was close to going into limp mode. This is a warning not to by parts at this location or do your homework first.Review from William H

We were at this dealership working with AJ of the purchase of our end of lease Ranger. During the conversation, AJ comes in and asks if we want an extended warranty. He shows us numbers that were approximately $505/mo without a 100k warranty and $515/mo with a 100k warranty. We said yes figuring an extra $10 month was reasonable. What they did was add $7k to our price and and extra 12 months of financing. Bad on us for allowing them to rush us through the signing without reading in detail. Went to the dealer today and they state we can submit for a refund after **** funds the loan. However there are so many reviews here and in Yelp of people having the same thing happen and never seeing their money back. They finance manager *** rushes you through the signature process. *** the manager basically has no sympathy and requests you do business elsewhere. Recommend you try a dealership that cares about their customers.
