      I have had the paper delivered to me for YEARS. All of the sudden, they charge me without my knowledge. I called to pay for another year, and was told that I would have to pay the balance first. No one informed me there was a balance. I spoke to *** and she was so rude to me. I was calm the whole time and just explained how this has never happened before and they shouldnt be charging people without their knowledge. She kept arguing and then hung up on me.

      Fraudulent credit card charges. Tried to ring me up for a new subscription more than a year after I canceled their services and refuse to issue a refund.

      To cancel your subscription, you first have to be interrogated and harassed by the outsourced customer service. It's ridiculous. My current issue is trying to unsubscribe from their email list, which I have attempted to do no less and a dozen times over the last six months. Sometimes the unsubscribe link does not work, but on the rare occasion that it does, nothing changes. I have marked all their emails as junk so they are filtered out now, but that doesn't make it any less infuriating.

      I "subscribed" so that I could read an online article. After encountering several error messages, and being charged *twice*, I was still unable to access content. I contacted their support email and was told I'd have to call to cancel my subscription. I responded by saying that I was not subscribed, as I had no access to content, and that they should remove the charges immediately. I received no response, still cannot access content, and despite unsubscribing from their marketing emails SEVERAL times, I still receive emails with links to stories that I paid for but can't read. This organization is a joke.

      I have never talk to so many idiots as I have at the Oklahoman, all of them have such accent that you cannot understand them and they really don't know what they are talking about it looks like they have had no training. I paid them for i year in December 2021 with the paper to start for 1 year on January 2022. I am not ever going to do business with the Oklahoman again and I feel sorry for the future people that try to do business with them. They are owned by the sorriest people called *******. I hope everybody gives them a sorry rating.

      This company is run by scammers! First they never tell you when your subscription will run out.I called to cancel my paper delivery when it would expire January 1, 2022. The service rep I spoke with on December 21, 2021 to go to the e-paper for $69.99/yr. On Dec. 30, I was debited $418.50 for PAPER! I called service ***** again and the person assured me it would be taken care of. As of Jan. 4, 2022 no refund has been forthcoming and again the service person said it would take **** days for refund of $348.59 ($69.99 kept for digital subscription). As of January 21, 2022, no refund has appeared in my account. These people are not to be trusted. I will be filing complaints with various agencies.

      Moved to a new address in the same town for two years now I have had problems getting my paper delivered and have been through 3-4 carriers, my latest one even went to the trouble of giving me a personal note for contact to prevent them from being billed three dollars for a complaint about service.With respect for their wishes anytime they fail to deliver I sometimes get a call back with the same excuse, yet only occasionally get the missing paper two to three days later! I now wish to take it up with management being a 40+ year customer but cant get through to a human, the normal contacts are all automated, looks like its time to drop my $70+ subscription and read online, totally disappointed!

      Subscribed for delivery 7 days a week in Sept., they took dollar amount from my bank account but have not received one paper since. Want to cancel subscription and can't get anyone to talk to me in order to cancel and get my money refunded.*********************************

      Terrible, just stop service too. So right on everything. I been with them for many years and finally stop because of bad service and thank goodness I just paid by check/mail after reading other people. So bad for newspaper service for Oklahoma. I guess nobody cares about reading newspaper!!!
